Gelatology in Ljubljana / 1

We're just back from the supernice Ljubljana for the Slovenian stop of our Gelatology Project, composed by a banquet with an edible installation, plus a workshop in the afternoon (next post). Cooking and wine by Dapes (with the help of Stefano and Agnese). So fun - and challenging. We'll back there again soon.

Gelatology Micro/Macro is out!

After the hearty welcome at Bologna Children's Book Fair, Bruxelles and St-Denis, the second evolution in a booklet shape of Gelatology is finally available worldwide!

A Macrocosm of huge and slow geological explosions, erosions and metamorphosis contains in itself a Microcosm of sweet multi-flavour crunchiness and creaminess.
